All sales at The Watch World are considered final. Returns and refunds are only entertained in very limited circumstances as outlined below. We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery — no exceptions. Any request raised after this period will be automatically rejected, regardless of the reason.
Eligible reasons for return
We only consider returns in the following two cases:

Damaged or defective item — a verified manufacturing defect or damage caused during delivery, supported by clear photo or video evidence.

Wrong item sent — you received a completely different watch than what was ordered, verified against your order record.
Sale items — exchange only
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are strictly eligible for exchange only. No refunds will be issued on sale items under any circumstances, even if the return is approved.
An exchange on a sale item will only be offered if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, and all standard condition requirements are met. The exchange will be for the same item or an item of equal value at our discretion.
Condition requirements
Items submitted for return must meet all of the following conditions without exception:
- Completely unworn and unused in every respect.
- In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories fully intact.
- No scratches, marks, adjustments, or any signs of handling beyond unboxing.
If the returned item does not meet every one of these conditions upon inspection, the return will be rejected and the item sent back to the customer at their cost.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, you must contact us within the 5-day window via WhatsApp or email and provide all of the following:
- Your order number.
- Clear, unedited photos or an uncut video clearly showing the issue.
- A written description of the problem.
Incomplete requests will not be processed. Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.
Refund or exchange
If a return is approved after full review, The Watch World reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may be an exchange or a refund. The customer's preferred resolution is taken into consideration but is not guaranteed. Our decision is final.
Return shipping
The customer bears full responsibility for return shipping costs. Items must be sent via a trackable courier. The Watch World is not liable for any item lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
The following will not be accepted under any circumstances:
- Requests submitted after the 5-day deadline.
- Items that have been worn, used, resized, or tampered with.
- Items with missing or damaged original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
- Items without sufficient photo or video evidence of the claimed issue.
COD orders
Approved refunds on Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer only. The customer must provide verified bank account details. Refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances.
Right to refuse
The Watch World reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not fully comply with this policy. Attempting to misuse or abuse this policy may result in the request being permanently declined.
