At The Watch World, we ship across Pakistan to all major cities and areas serviceable by our courier partners. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle order dispatch, delivery timelines, and shipping charges.
Shipping destinations
We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan and any area covered by our courier partners' delivery network. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery timeframes
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. The Watch World is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Shipping charges
Orders above PKR 7,999 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Pakistan. Orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee at checkout based on your location.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment or COD confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
Courier services
We work with multiple reputable courier partners across Pakistan to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. The courier assigned to your order will depend on your location and availability at the time of dispatch. We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier for each order.
Delivery attempt and cancellation
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery and the courier is unable to complete the delivery, your order will be automatically cancelled. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
- Ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate at the time of ordering.
- You may be contacted by the courier prior to delivery — please keep your phone reachable.
- Cancelled orders due to failed delivery will not be re-dispatched automatically. You must place a new order.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier's website. For any tracking issues, contact us via WhatsApp and we will assist you.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to mishandling during transit, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 2 days of delivery. Transit damage claims raised after 2 days will not be entertained.
